    Roka Solutions aims to dispatch your order within 4 working days after receiving payment, provided the item is in stock. Some products may have a different delivery time, which is indicated in the webshop. Should there be a significant delay in delivery, you will be notified at the email address you provided. Often, such delays are already mentioned as temporary updates in the shopping cart. On the day your order is dispatched from us, you will receive an evening message at the email address you specified, containing the track & trace code.   • Return policy

    Products (excluding custom-made items) without quality-related issues can be returned for a refund by contacting customer service within 14 days of receiving your order.
